Responsibility and local law
You are responsible for your prompts, source material, outputs, downstream distribution and the legality of your use in every relevant jurisdiction. Do not use SpicyAPI where you are not legally eligible or to evade another service’s safety, access or licensing restrictions.
Uncensored models
Choose a model for the capability you need. SpicyAPI does not require a content-mode request flag and does not perform per-request content review.
Minors and exploitation
Never create, transform, solicit, possess or distribute sexualized content involving a minor or a person presented as a minor. This includes photorealistic, illustrated, animated and synthetic material, age transformation and ambiguous-age prompts. Suspected child sexual abuse material may be preserved and reported as required by law.
Consent, likeness and intimate imagery
Do not create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or deceptive sexual use of a real person’s face, body or voice. Do not upload private material you lack the right to process. A public photograph, celebrity status or prior relationship is not consent.
Illegal and harmful conduct
Do not use the service for trafficking, coercion, sexual exploitation, credible threats, targeted harassment, fraud, extortion, doxxing, illegal goods, terrorism support or content whose creation or distribution is unlawful. Do not generate instructions intended to facilitate such conduct.
Platform and infrastructure abuse
Do not probe or bypass access controls, rate limits, billing, security controls or model-service restrictions; introduce malware; overload the service; scrape private data; interfere with another account; or misrepresent generated material as verified evidence. Security research requires prior authorization and use of the published reporting channel.
Accounts, keys and resale
Keep credentials confidential, use least-privilege keys and revoke suspected leaks. Do not sell or share access in a way that hides the responsible user or makes prohibited use easier. You remain responsible for activity authorized by your credentials.
Enforcement and preservation
After a report, legal notice or other lawful identification of a breach, SpicyAPI may remove a stored asset, suspend credentials, preserve relevant records or terminate access to protect people or comply with law. This response process is separate from request forwarding and is not per-request content scanning.
Reporting and appeal
Use the published abuse-reporting channel for suspected violations or appeal questions. Include the relevant URL, task or request ID, the nature of the concern and enough context to investigate without resending harmful material unnecessarily. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
