What this effect sends

This is the full prompt, word for word. Copy it, or open it in the generator and change anything you like.

Within the first second one of them steps in and plants one hand flat on the wall beside the other's head, bringing their faces close while the other stays leaning back against the wall. By the third second they hold each other's gaze with teasing smiles, faces only inches apart, both faces in three-quarter view to the camera. The camera pushes in to a tight two-shot and holds on both faces. Both people stay exactly as they appear in the photo.

Pictures that work best

  • Use a photo with both faces visible and facing roughly toward the camera.
  • Chest-up framing keeps the faces large, which matters because the camera ends in a tight two-shot.
  • If one person is clearly taller, name who steps in. Otherwise the model picks.
  • A plain wall or doorway behind the pair makes the hand placement easy to read.

How it works

  1. 01

    Add one photo

Choose the photo to match the example: include both people for a shared gesture, and keep the face and any hands involved clearly visible. Upload your own photo or start with a Wall Lean sample.

  2. 02

    Check the price

Wall Lean defaults to a 5-second clip for $0.185. Swap the model or change the length and resolution before you run — the price on the button updates to match, and that's the whole cost of the clip.

  3. 03

    Generate

Your Wall Lean clip renders in the background, lands in History and is never published.

Do the move yourself

Wall Lean keeps one version of this shot. To give Wall Lean your own motion or ending, write it yourself in Image to Video, starting from the prompt above.

What it does to your photo

Within the first second one of them steps in and plants one hand flat on the wall beside the other's head, bringing their faces close while the other stays leaning back against the wall. By the third second they hold each other's gaze with teasing smiles, faces only inches apart, both in three-quarter view to the camera. The camera pushes in to a tight two-shot and holds on both faces. Both people stay exactly as they appear in your photo throughout.

In our test runs on MiniMax H3, a couple in a warmly lit hallway, a woman with long dark curls in a mustard satin blouse and a man with short locs in a burgundy shirt leaning on a teal wall, began with her stepping in at half a second and planting her hand on the wall beside his head by second one, brought their faces inches apart with teasing smiles by second two, and ended in a tight two-shot of both in three-quarter view. In a second run, two men in a dim hotel room, one in a black shirt and one in a grey sweater, moved against a door-frame wall within the first second and by second two were holding each other's gaze with grins, faces only inches apart in a tight two-shot.

Needs both faces clearly visible, and chest-up framing works best. A wall, door or other flat surface behind one person helps the move make sense. Photos where the two stand a little apart leave room for the step in. Full-length shots make the faces small, and photos with a third person confuse who leans. The effect leaves both people exactly as they are in your photo and only adds the motion.

It runs on MiniMax H3 for five seconds by default, and H3 itself goes up to 15 seconds and 2K if you want more. Studio also lets you move the same prompt to another model before you generate, such as Seedance 2.0 or Wan 3.0, and the price on the Generate button updates with every change. Our samples were all made on MiniMax H3, so other models will read the prompt in their own way.

Good for couple portraits, anniversary posts, and short romantic clips with a playful tone.

Open the prompt in the generator and change "teasing smiles" to "soft, shy smiles" for a gentler mood, or "one of them steps in" to name who leans in, such as "the taller one steps in".
