Re-shoot a photo from another angle without moving a camera

Send a photo and one camera move in plain words — rotate 45 degrees, look straight down, move in for a close-up — and get the same people and place back as if the camera had moved. It runs a LoRA trained on exactly these moves, so the change is a new viewpoint rather than a turned head.

Getting good angles from Camera Angle Changer

  • Use the trained phrases

"Rotate the camera 45 degrees to the left.", "Turn the camera to a top-down view.", "Turn the camera to a close-up.", "Turn the camera to a wide-angle lens.", "Move the camera forward." The LoRA answers most reliably to these.

  • The LoRA does the moving

With the same photo, instruction and seed, the base edit model barely moved for a 45-degree rotation. With the LoRA the truck and the woman were seen from the side.

  • Depth gives the biggest change

A person beside a car or a couple on a shore re-frames convincingly. On a tight studio portrait, a rotation mostly turned the woman's head.

  • Hidden sides are guesses

A top-down view of a truck drew a believable cab roof and bed, but anything the original camera never saw is invented.

Who uses Camera Angle Changer

  • More shots from one photo

    Shops and listings

    More shots from one photo

One photo of a pickup on a salt flat became a side view and a top-down view, enough for a listing carousel.

  • From establishing shot to close-up

    Storyboard and video teams

    From establishing shot to close-up

A wide shot of a couple on a misty shore became a close-up two-shot with the cottage still behind them, without generating a new scene.

  • Another view of the same person

    Character designers

Another view of the same person

Rotate a portrait to get a three-quarter view of the same person and outfit for a reference sheet.

How to call Camera Angle Changer

  1. Start from a shot with depth

Wide and medium shots give the biggest believable change; tight crops leave little to move around.

  2. Write one move

One move per request is the most reliable. Chain requests for compound moves.

  3. Create the task and check the faces

The call is asynchronous. In a close-up re-framed from a wide shot the faces are newly detailed, so compare them with the original.

Real results from our test runs

  • Salt flat: rotate 45 degrees left

A woman beside a pickup on a salt flat, rotated 45 degrees to the left: the truck is now seen side-on. The base model alone, same seed, barely moved.

Camera Angle Changer questions

Where it fits

Camera Angle Changer moves the camera, not the person. To change what the person is doing, use Pose Changer; to change the time of day on the new angle, Relight. For compound moves, chain requests: rotate first, then move in.
