Camera Angle Changer Review: Re-Shoot a Photo From Another Angle

Pick Camera Angle Changer for scenes with depth, such as people beside a vehicle or on a shore; for tight studio portraits it mostly turns the head.

  • Mild · The lightest prompts in the test

  • Moderate · Where filtered models start to refuse

  • Strong · Mid-scale; must be tested before a model is ranked

  • Very strong · Where most models start to hold back

  • Maximum · The top of the scale, scored in two halves: class A and class B

Camera Angle Changer re-frames a photo as if the camera moved: rotate around the subject, switch to a top-down or close-up view, or move left, right, up or down. It runs the Multiple-angles LoRA by dx8152 on Qwen-Image-Edit-2509, and you write the move in plain words.

The verdict

It works where the scene has depth. Where it does not, expect small changes.

Key facts

  • Input: image_url (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB) and prompt; optional aspect_ratio, seed, output_format.
  • Output: one image per request.
  • Speed: our runs took 7 to 25 seconds.
  • Price: flat per image; see the model page.

What we liked and what held it back

What we liked

  • The LoRA changes the result. With the same photo, instruction and seed, the base model barely moved for "rotate the camera 45 degrees to the left"; with the LoRA the truck and the woman were seen from the side.
  • Wide to close-up works. A wide shot of a couple on a shore became a close-up two-shot, with faces newly detailed.
  • Top-down is believable. A top-down view of a truck drew a plausible cab roof and bed.
  • Plain instructions. The trained phrases include rotating 45 degrees left or right, top-down, close-up, wide-angle, and moving forward, left or down.

What held it back

  • Tight portraits barely move. On a studio portrait, "rotate the camera 45 degrees to the right" mostly turned the woman's head, and a low-angle request on another shot hardly changed it.
  • Hidden sides are guesses. Big moves invent what the camera never saw.
  • Faces are redrawn in close-ups. Check them against the original.
  • One move per request. Chain requests for compound moves.

What the results look like

The model page shows the 45-degree left rotation of a salt-flat scene and the shore close-up. Of our extra runs, the wide-to-close-up case succeeded, while the tight studio rotation and the low-angle case did not do what was asked; those are the two to keep in mind when planning a shot list.

Prompts that worked
