What this effect sends
This is the full prompt, word for word. Copy it, or open it in the generator and change anything you like.
The two adults in the photo turn toward each other and lean in slowly for a soft, lingering kiss, eyes closing as they meet. The camera drifts in gently in warm light as the background falls into blur.Pictures that work best
- Use a photo of two adults who are both happy for you to animate them this way.
- Pick a photo where both faces are clearly visible and turned at least a little toward each other.
- A photo where the two people are already standing close works best; the effect only has a couple of seconds to close the gap.
- Warm, soft lighting (golden hour, indoor lamps) matches the effect's own light better than harsh flash or overcast light.

How it works
- 01
Add one photo
Choose the photo to match the example: include both people for a shared gesture, and keep the face and any hands involved clearly visible. Upload your own photo or start with a Kiss sample.
- 02
Check the price
Kiss defaults to a 5-second clip for $0.185. Swap the model or change the length and resolution before you run — the price on the button updates to match, and that's the whole cost of the clip.

Do the move yourself
Kiss keeps one version of this shot. To give Kiss your own motion or ending, write it yourself in Image to Video, starting from the prompt above.
What it does to your photo
Kiss turns a photo of two people into the moment right before and during a kiss. They turn toward each other, lean in slowly, their eyes closing as they meet, and hold a soft, closed-mouth kiss while the camera drifts a little closer and the background eases into a gentle blur.
In our two test runs on MiniMax H3, a couple on a golden-hour terrace — she in a sage-green dress, he in a light-blue linen shirt — started out smiling at each other, began leaning in from the first second, and were sharing a soft kiss by the second mark, his arm settling around her waist as the camera pushed a little closer. A second couple, two women in a dusk apartment, one in a cream blazer suit and one in an emerald satin dress, held hands and touched foreheads and noses together over the first two seconds before easing into the same soft, closed-mouth kiss in profile as the camera moved in to a chest-up frame.
Both runs kept the point of contact clean, with no blending of the two faces where they meet, which is the thing a kiss effect can most easily get wrong. What helped in our tests was starting from photos where the two people were already standing close and facing each other; give the model that much of a head start and it only has to close a small gap, not invent one from across the frame.
It's built for the romantic moments a still photo can only hint at: a wedding or engagement announcement, an anniversary card, the opening or closing shot of a couple's photo story, or a highlight clip for a dating profile.
The prompt is public and editable. If you'd rather the kiss stay a near-miss, open it in the generator and swap "for a soft, lingering kiss" for "until their foreheads touch, smiling."
