In our test runs on MiniMax H3, a man with a slicked-back quiff in a white double-breasted suit in a grey-blue studio snapped into a new pose with each studio flash, chin up, hands on hips, then a look over the shoulder, and at second four froze into a high-contrast black-and-white editorial photograph. In a second run, a white-bobbed older woman in black glasses, red lipstick and a houndstooth coat over a black turtleneck in a pink studio snapped into a hands-on-hips pose under strobing flashes by second one and a half, turned into a side pose by second three, and froze into a high-contrast black-and-white editorial portrait at second four and a half.

Works best on a standing portrait or three-quarter photo with a clear, confident posture and space around the arms, so the pose changes read. The model decides how to interpret each pose from your photo, so it works with whatever your photo shows. The final frame is black and white, so color-dependent details are lost.

It runs on MiniMax H3 for five seconds by default, and H3 itself goes up to 15 seconds and 2K if you want more.
