What this effect sends

This is the full prompt, word for word. Copy it, or open it in the generator and change anything you like.

The camera holds a full-length framing at eye level the whole time. Within the first second the person pivots on the spot to show their outfit in profile, keeps turning to show the back, then the other side, the clothes swinging out with the turn. By the fourth second they land facing the camera again and snap into a hand-on-hip pose with chin up, holding a confident look into the lens to the end. The person stays exactly as they appear in the photo.

Pictures that work best

  • Use a full-length photo with the shoes in frame.
  • A plain, brightly lit background shows color and fit.
  • Stand with space around you so the turn is not cropped.
  • Choose clothes with visible detail on the back.

Models this effect runs on

The same prompt on different models. Pick by look and by price.

How it works

  1. 01

    Add one photo

Choose the photo to match the example: include both people for a shared gesture, and keep the face and any hands involved clearly visible. Upload your own photo or start with a Outfit Check sample.

  2. 02

    Check the price

Outfit Check defaults to a 5-second clip for $0.185. Swap the model or change the length and resolution before you run — the price on the button updates to match, and that's the whole cost of the clip.

  3. 03

    Generate

Your Outfit Check clip renders in the background, lands in History and is never published.

Do the move yourself

Outfit Check keeps one version of this shot. To give Outfit Check your own motion or ending, write it yourself in Image to Video, starting from the prompt above.

What it does to your photo

Outfit Check is a runway-style spin. The camera holds a full-length framing at eye level the whole time. Within the first second the person pivots on the spot to show their outfit in profile, keeps turning to show the back, then the other side, with the clothes swinging out with the turn. By the fourth second they land facing the camera again and snap into a hand-on-hip pose with chin up, holding a confident look into the lens to the end.

In our test runs on MiniMax H3, a young Black man with a high-top fade and moustache, in a cobalt-blue suit, orange turtleneck and white loafers, standing full-length in a plain yellow studio, pivoted on the spot to show his profile within the first second, turned to show the back of the suit by second two, came round the other side, and by second four was facing the camera again, ending with both hands on his hips and his chin up. In a second run, a young Black woman with short natural curls in an ivory long-sleeve top, green pleated midi skirt and tan flats, standing full-length in a pale grey studio, turned away within the first second, showed the back by second two with the pleats swinging out, came round through the other profile, and was facing the camera again by second four with the skirt flared wide, ending with both hands on her hips and a confident look.

Full-length photos showing the whole outfit, head to feet, work best. Cropped or sitting photos cannot show the turn. Outfits with texture or movement, like a jacket or a skirt, show off the spin more. A plain background keeps the clothes the focus.

It runs on MiniMax H3 for five seconds by default, and H3 itself goes up to 15 seconds and 2K if you want more. Studio also lets you move the same prompt to another model before you generate, such as Seedance 2.0 or Wan 3.0, and the price on the Generate button updates with every change. Our samples were all made on MiniMax H3, so other models will read the prompt in their own way.

Great for fashion posts, shop listings and styling clips.

The prompt says "pivots on the spot to show their outfit in profile" and "hand-on-hip pose with chin up". Try asking for a slower turn, or end with a smile and a wave.
