Embers & Sparks AI Video Effect

Burning embers begin to fall from above like rain, thousands of glowing orange sparks drifting down around the person and bouncing off the ground. The fall thickens until the air is full of firelight. Sparks catch on their shoulders and hair, and warm flickering light plays across their face as they look up and then back into the lens.

In our test runs on MiniMax H3, a woman with long dark wavy hair in a black velvet long-sleeved dress on the stage of an ornate empty theatre looked up as burning embers began raining down from second one, the fall thickening until the whole hall glowed orange around second three, then caught sparks on her shoulders and looked into the lens as the ember rain thinned out. In a second run, a grey-haired older man with a long ponytail in a black velvet dinner jacket and white shirt on a theatre stage with a red curtain saw embers start falling at second one, looked up into a thickening rain of orange sparks by second two, was bathed in firelight by second three, and looked back into the lens with sparks on his shoulders.

Works on most portraits and full-body photos, especially darker scenes where the orange glow reads well. A visible ground lets the sparks bounce. The embers add a strong warm tint, and very bright daylight photos make the sparks look weaker against the scene. The effect leaves the person exactly as they are in your photo and only adds the motion, light and atmosphere.

It runs on MiniMax H3 for five seconds by default, and H3 itself goes up to 15 seconds and 2K if you want more. Change "thousands of glowing orange sparks" to "thousands of glowing white sparks" for a cooler look, or change "like rain" to "like snow" for a slower, softer fall.
