In our test runs on MiniMax H3, a woman with her hair in a bun, wearing a white boiler suit and black boots on a black volcanic field under storm clouds, watched the ground crack open around her feet at second one, glowing lava welled up through the web of cracks by second two, and by the end she stood calmly in the middle of bubbling, spitting lava lit red. In a second run, a bald man with a grey beard in a white jumpsuit on a black lava field cracked the ground open around his boots at second one, stood in a spreading web of glowing lava by second two, was lit red by erupting molten rock at second three and ended calmly surrounded by lava cracks.

Works best on a full-body or three-quarter photo where the ground is visible around the person's feet, since the cracks spread across it. Pavement, dirt or rock surfaces crack most convincingly. Cropped photos that hide the ground leave no surface for the lava to open. The effect leaves the person exactly as they are in your photo and only adds the motion, light and atmosphere.

It runs on MiniMax H3 for five seconds by default, and H3 itself goes up to 15 seconds and 2K if you want more.
