Introduction
Anima Turbo Image to image redraws one source image as an anime illustration, guided by your prompt. It runs on Anima Turbo, the distilled build of CircleStone Labs' 2-billion-parameter anime model. A strength value from 0 to 1 decides how far the result moves from the source, the output keeps the source's aspect ratio, and nothing is filtered.

Key features & highlights
Strength you can reason about
We ran the same illustration through five settings with a prompt that asked for different content. At 0 it came back untouched; at 0.3 it was nearly identical; at 0.6 small details changed; at the default 0.8 the content followed the prompt while the pose and the room stayed; at 1 the source no longer mattered. Photographs change style sooner: at 0.6 ours already read as illustrations.
Photo in, anime out
At strength 0.75 a stage photo and a hotel-window photo both came back as illustrations with the same framing, pose and light. The prompt describes the scene; the model supplies the medium.
The shape follows the source
The result always keeps the source's aspect ratio. The resolution tier only sets the pixel count: about one megapixel on 1k, about 2.4 megapixels on 1.5k.
Uncensored
The source, the prompt and the result are never filtered. Our content probe came back as written at the default strength.
Request parameters
| Parameter | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
prompt | Yes | Describe the whole picture you want back, not just the change: who is in it, what they wear, where they are. Tags, sentences or both. at least 1 characters · at most 5000 characters |
image_url | Yes | The picture to redraw. The result keeps its aspect ratio; the resolution tier sets how many pixels come back. |
resolution | No | 1k returns about one megapixel and is the default; 1.5k returns about 2.4 megapixels and costs more. The aspect ratio always follows the source. |
strength | No | How far to move from the source, 0 to 1; 0.8 by default. |
seed | No | Keeps results comparable while you adjust strength. It does not guarantee the exact same pixels on every run. |

Use cases
Anime versions of photos
Portraits, couple photos, travel shots and stills from a shoot become illustrations that keep the original composition, ready for avatars, covers and social posts.
A shared look for mixed sources
Run photos from different cameras and renders from other tools through the same prompt pattern and strength to give a set one consistent anime look.
Uncensored restyles
Your own images are redrawn with no review and no filter on the result, at the same per-image rates as text-to-image.
Prompt guide & pro tips
Describe the picture, not the edit
This endpoint restyles; it does not follow instructions such as "change the dress". Write what the final image contains. When we asked for a new outfit or a different time of day on an existing illustration, very little changed.
Start at 0.75 for photos
If the photograph still shows through, raise strength in steps of 0.05; if the pose or the face drifts, lower it. Keep the seed fixed while you compare.
Match the prompt to the source
Name the hair, the clothes and the setting that are actually in the source. A prompt that contradicts the picture pulls the result away from it.
Send a clean source
One clear subject and no borders, captions or watermarks. The model redraws everything it sees, including things you did not mean to keep.
