Continue a clip with Wan 3.0 Pro: the last frame of your video opens a new 2 to 30 second segment, and you get back one file with the original and the continuation joined, at 1080p, 2k or 4k. An optional end frame fixes where the new segment lands.

Resolution tier of the new segment: 1080p, 2k or 4k, default 1080p. A native render tops out at 1080p, so 2k and 4k are enlarged from it rather than rendered natively, and there is no 480p or 720p tier. Pick the tier that suits your source. It sets the price.

Length of the new segment: any whole number from 2 to 30, or -1 to let the model choose, in which case 30 seconds are held up front and the charge settles on the length delivered. Defaults to 5. Your source is added on top and is not billed. no lower than 2 · no higher than 30

What it does

Upscaled delivery

Rendered by Wan 3.0, delivered at up to 4K

A native Wan 3.0 render tops out at 1080p. Wan 3.0 Pro delivers 1080p, 2K or 4K, so the two larger tiers are enlarged from that render — useful for anything that gets cropped, tracked or projected. The enlargement stretches what the model drew rather than drawing more, so start from the cleanest take you have.

Product-film detail

Close-up fabric, hard light and water in the air

The clip on this page is a five-second slow-motion perfume spot: a backless gown, one hard key light down the spine, droplets flicking off wet hair. Those are the three things that break first when footage is enlarged — specular fabric, a single hard source and small fast particles — so they are what to inspect first in a 2K or 4K file from this family.

Uncensored

Nothing in the request flags a clip

Uncensored prompts are sent the same way as any other prompt: pick the model and describe the shot. Romance wording that some competing video models refuse at the content filter generates normally on the Wan 3.0 line. Nothing in the request body flags a clip and nothing is reviewed.

Before you spend

text-to-video

Prompt is the only required field, and prompt expansion is on by default here — it will rewrite a detailed brief, so switch it off once your wording is precise. Text alone cannot hold a specific face across runs; at 4K prices, that is an expensive way to find out.

image-to-video

The literal path. The opening frame carries wardrobe, body, set and light, so the prompt only has to describe motion; prompt is optional here for that reason. Add last_image_url when the shot must land on a fixed composition. Feed a high-resolution source — a 720p still does not become sharp because the render is 4K.

reference-to-video

Send at least one reference array, a reference file or a web link: 1 to 10 images, up to 5 videos or up to 5 audio clips, with video and audio each capped at 15 seconds in total. Reference video seconds are billed with the output, and the two together must stay within 30 seconds. Say in the prompt which plate is the character, which is the set, and what the video and audio are for.

all

2 to 30 seconds at 1080p, 2k or 4k. A 30-second 4K render is the largest and most expensive request this family accepts; find the shot at 5 seconds and 1080p with the seed held, then re-render the winner. You are responsible for consent, rights, age and local law for everyone depicted and for every file you upload. The platform does not screen content. Public pages and examples stay suitable for general viewing.

Where it fits

  • Uncensored footage that has to survive a crop

Evening wear, wet skin, two people in one frame — delivered at 2K or 4K so a vertical crop out of a 16:9 master starts from a larger file, with the upscale done inside the same task. Judge the crop on the delivered file: enlarged detail is only as good as the native render underneath.

  • Perfume and beauty spots

Backless gowns, hard key light, water and hair in slow motion. The five-second reference clip on this page is exactly that brief. Run it at 1080p to find the shot, then re-render the winning seed at 4K for delivery.

  • Packshots that get tracked and reframed

Image-to-video from a sharp packshot, with last_image_url returning the bottle to its hero angle. Deliver at 4K when an editor will push in on the clip, and start from the cleanest source you have — the upscaling pass cannot restore a label the opening frame does not show clearly.

  • Reference-locked hero shots

Feed up to ten plates — face, garment, set — into reference-to-video and render at 4K so the same character can headline a title card, a banner crop and a vertical cutdown from one master file.

How to call the Wan 3.0 Pro API

  1. 1. Choose the endpoint, and start at 1080p

Text only → text-to-video. A frame to move → image-to-video. Plates that must repeat → reference-to-video. Do the exploration at 1080p and five seconds; 4K is for the take you have already chosen.

  2. 2. Write the shot, hold the seed, then scale up

This is the exact text behind the clip on this page, at duration_seconds 5, resolution 1080p, aspect_ratio 16:9 with audio on: “Slow-motion perfume commercial. An adult woman in a backless black gown turns away from a rain-lashed window, the low back of the dress catching a single hard key light down her spine, droplets of water flicking from her hair as she moves. Macro-sharp fabric detail, deep shadow, 4K product-film polish, low cello note and rain.” Keep that seed and re-send it with resolution set to 4k.

  3. 3. Submit asynchronously and collect from storage

Create with an Idempotency-Key, keep the task id, poll or take the callback. Finished files are served from platform storage. Turn prompt expansion off before the final render so the wording you tuned is the wording that runs.

The short version

Wan 3.0 Pro is a high-resolution delivery tier built on Alibaba's Wan 3.0, not a separate model from Alibaba: a native Wan 3.0 render tops out at 1080p, so the 2K and 4K tiers are enlarged from that render. It is published on this platform as independent APIs: text-to-video, image-to-video, video-extend and reference-to-video. Every endpoint runs 2 to 30 seconds, with six aspect ratio settings including adaptive, an optional seed, prompt expansion on by default, and audio generated in the same pass. Image-to-video pins both ends through image_url and last_image_url; reference-to-video accepts up to 10 image references, 5 reference videos and 5 reference audio clips. Tasks are asynchronous and billed per second in US dollars; on reference-to-video, reference video seconds are billed together with the output. Uncensored prompts run without any per-request declaration.
